1. Returns and Exchanges:
   - We accept returns and exchanges only in case of defective, damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of the date of purchase. If Value Heal shipped the incorrect item, or if the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. 
2. Eligibility Criteria:
   - To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at valueheal@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds:
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
5. Cancellations:
   - If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
